Welcome sweet girl..
SO excited to be sharing these Grosse Pointe newborn photos with you today. They don’t call these types of sessions fresh 48 for nothing! I walked into room 463 only one hour after Eliza’s birth ready to capture some special moments. Heather (Eliza’s mom) and I planned together as best as we could. She wanted photos after birth and of her 3 older kids meeting their baby sister for the first time. Heather was fantastic, and her husband Erich were so relaxed and easy going. Fresh 48 sessions are best kept as unplanned as possible and was so ecstatic that everything seemed to have fall into place perfectly for them.
When I stepped into the room Heather and Eliza were still doing skin to skin, and it was such a beautiful moment between the two of them! Shortly after the nurse came in to help Heather up there was chance to capture some sweet moments with Eliza and Erich!
My biggest goal..
One of the many, many things I love about Fresh 48 sessions is the raw and realness of them. Capturing such intimate moments for families is truly so rewarding. The biggest goal for a fresh 48! Me becoming a fly on the wall and allowing you to embrace your moment with your loved ones. Then you having those images to relive those moments again and again.
Heather told me the sweetest story of how Eliza got her name. Wanna know how? Elizas big brother named her!! How amazing is that! If you can’t tell by the photos, her big brother and sisters were so over joyed to meet her. I was just as overjoyed to have been there to witness it during these Grosse Pointe newborn photos.
Forever amazed at how I am connected with such wonderful people. Thank you to the Dyer family for welcoming me into this moment and allowing me to document it all. You guys are amazing, Eliza and her siblings are such lucky kiddos.
Without further ado, welcome Eliza Fae Dayer!!
